In the garage, we understand what it means to follow a blueprint. Whether it’s torque specs, wiring diagrams, or a build sheet — we trust the design if we want the machine to run right.

Jesus gave us more than instructions — He gave us an example.

He didn’t just talk about humility, love, and perseverance. He lived it. He endured injustice. He absorbed hatred. He carried the weight of the cross without retaliation. When the pressure hit redline, He didn’t quit.

Following Christ isn’t always smooth pavement. Sometimes it’s rough roads, blown gaskets, and unexpected breakdowns. Sometimes you’ll be misunderstood. Sometimes you’ll be treated unfairly. But just like a true craftsman sticks to the build plan, we’re called to stay the course and follow in His steps.

Real strength isn’t found in horsepower — it’s found in surrender.

Real toughness isn’t loud — it’s faithful.

And real endurance is forged in the fire.

When life throws suffering your way, remember: you’re not the first to walk that road. Christ walked it first — and He showed us how to do it with grace.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, when the road gets rough and the pressure rises, help me follow Your example. Teach me to respond with humility instead of pride, perseverance instead of quitting, and love instead of anger. Build in me the kind of faith that doesn’t fold under pressure. Amen.
